The first meeting...

... went really well. Loads of people turned up and our first trip filled up with the space of an hour. There was a fair bit of interest in the Three Peaks (3PC), which is good to see. However, it is still a bit early as yet to start planning things.

We (Myself, Gwen, Rachel, Calum & Phil) are off to spend the weekend hiking around Exmoor with Mark Dodwell and the guys over at the climbing club.

I am looking to get them involved in 3PC, especially as they are the other big outdoors club at Brookes. This weekend will be the first opportunity for the clubs to get to know each other, so I'll raise the 3PC with my counterpart at some point on Saturday.

Lets just hope it doesn't rain!
